We employ professionals with 2+ years of experience with a majority of employees having between 3 to 7 years of work experience. Our environment can be described as follows:
- Challenging. CAG undertakes projects with large companies, financial institutions, and accounting firms, which provide opportunities to learn about different industry sectors and work on a variety of projects. Each project is different posing new challenges and allowing our professionals to develop new skills.
- Professional. CAG maintains professional environment in order to deliver high-quality service and to ensure we have adequate expertise to respond to our clients' needs. Many of our employees hold CPA licenses and other professional certifications. While being certified is important, we place most value on prior experience.
- Independent. Some of our projects require our professionals to have the ability to work independently or with little supervision. However, that does not mean you will not have access to professionals who will coach you and answer any questions you may have. In fact, we expect our professionals to be collaborative and team-oriented.
